A New Chapter for the Shelter in Vinnytsia, Ukraine
After three years of running and managing our animal shelter in Vinnytsia, we have officially handed over ownership on July 4th 2025 to Warriors of Wildlife (WOW).
What We Built
When the war began, we were on the ground evacuating animals and coordinating rescues across the country. But it quickly became clear that temporary solutions weren’t enough. So we built something permanent.
In 2022, we established our shelter in Vinnytsia—a location chosen for its safety and accessibility to evacuation routes. With space for up to 150 animals, it became a central hub for care, recovery, and rehoming.
More Than Just a Shelter
But it was always more than just a shelter. We also built an on-site veterinary clinic, fully equipped for surgeries, treatments, and urgent care—ensuring every animal rescued received the medical attention they deserved.
Over the years, we’ve cared for hundreds of dogs and cats, guiding them through quarantine, vaccinations, and ultimately, adoption. It became a place where lost souls found safety, healing, and hope.
Continuing the Mission
Now, with Warriors of Wildlife at the helm, the work we began will continue. The shelter will remain a sanctuary for animals in crisis under their care and direction.
